photo by PBmedia Last Saturday, I went down to Fontana for SRC's first night race. It was kind of weird going to a Fontana race in the afternoon, knowing practice would start at 5pm (when it's dark) and that the race could go until midnight. The upper and (only the rockgarden on the) lower part of the course were lit with several large trailer lights. From the last rockgarden on the lower part, it was a sprint through darkness down the "Wall" section to the finish. I wasn't racing, since my dh bike isn't ready, so I shot photos the whole time instead of trying to do both. I had some ideas for photos, so I was pretty happy to be there shooting it.
