I'm a photographer, expert class mountain bike racer, snowboarder, and skateboarder. As an athlete without everything it takes to reach the top, I photograph professional athletes aiming for it, capturing what they do best. I've grown up riding bikes, snowboards and skateboards with friends, never finding fun in team sports. I found art at a young age and later realized photography had become my favorite thing. I remember watching my grandfather shoot landscapes on the coast above San Luis Obispo when I was probably six. Once when I was eight, I took my parent's 35mm slr hiking in the hills above my house in Los Angeles. I came home with it covered in dust. Looking back, I can’t imagine I had any idea how to actually use it, beyond pressing the button. I recently finished at Santa Barbara City College where I majored in photography and studied graphic design & marketing. I'm currently living in Napa, California, but I travel to events and can travel for shoots.
